Horton Hears Hu Jia

Horton hears a WhoOur cartoon parable for today is Dr Seuss’ “Horton Hears A Who”.  

Dramatis Personae:

Horton the Elephant and Old Doc Hoovey =  Hu Jia and other Chinese prisoners of conscience.

The Wickersham Brothers = China’s Central Propaganda Department.   They appear at 2:20 in part two.

    In the meantime, courtesy of Keith Olbermann, we have now the comment of Ari Fleishman (late of the Bush the lesser Administration), about the problem of protesters “the solution is for the Chinese Government to have faster runners with the torch.”

    It boggles the mind.
