This is the first installment of our new series of animated cartoons by Ned Kelly.   This one takes place somewhere in metropolitan Los Angeles.

In all seriousness, I wonder if a prosecutor could call this a “hate crime” based on “sexual orientation” if the man pressing charges claimed to be homosexual?

A court’s been told a stripper accused of raping a man at a buck’s night told him it was “just a joke”, after he complained about being violated by a sex toy.

The alleged victim told the Victorian County Court that he he urged stripper Linda Maree Naggs not to put the pink strap-on dildo into his anus and was shocked when she did.

…The man said he went to the toilet and returned with a bloody tissue that he showed to Naggs.

…Naggs’ barrister has suggested the man placed himself in close proximity to the dildo for a reason.

Sound like a frivolous and gratuitously shocking question?   Think again.   When “sexual orientation” demands being taken seriously as an especially protected legal category, all kinds of ridiculous and disgusting legal arguments are inevitable, as the plain meaning of the law will require us to pretend that all – ALL – sexual perversions are dignified, including pedophilia and public genital exposure and bestiality.   Those, too, are all “sexual orientations”.

Another legal puzzle:    Will movie scenes like the following be considered “hate crimes”, or will it be a hate crime not to use them as instructional material in schools?

America’s champagne-liberal enforcers of Cultural Marxist doctrine are all aflutter over the nomination of a “Hispanic” (a meaningless word; the Spanish-speaking nationalities of the Americas are amazingly diverse), Sonia Sotomayor, to become the next Justice of the US Supreme Court.   She is of Puerto Rican descent.

But Ivan asks, does the nomination of a Puerto Rican represent real diversity?   Sotomayor was after all born a US citizen.   In the interests of  diversity, when Ivan becomes President he will nominate an illegal immigrant, the Frito Bandito, to the Supreme Court:

And why should only real persons be eligible for the Supreme Court?   Ivan’s nomination of a cartoon character will have the progressive quality of expanding the concept of “diversity” to include characters who are nothing but symbols!

The ridiculous “poem” recited by the semi-literate mumbling hack, Elizabeth Alexander, at Obama’s inauguration, is beneath satire!

But, Ivan admires this following poem much more!    And Ivan says this poem expresses everything that Elizabeth Alexander’s Inaugural poem intended to express about Obama, but this poem really gets to the heart of it all!

Ned has written earlier about the “Planned Parenthood” movement founded by Margaret Sanger, and how it was  a part of the eugenicist movement, with a subtle but well-defined outcome of reducing America’s “unfit” population, among which a disproportionately large number of Blacks were targeted.  We have promised to write a bit more about this topic and so here we go.

We are drawing your attention to a Letter to the Editor of the Italian-based online publications the AsiaNews.  In the letter, Fr Mark Tardiff, an American Catholic Priest, argues against Obama’s stand on abortion when he writes:

The joy over the first black head of state must not overshadow the fact that Obama supports extremely permissive abortion laws, and is against the rights of the unborn. Abortion is diminishing black American communities. The design of Planned Parenthood has always been that of using black leaders to promote the self-destruction of their own people.

Tardiff provided the following statistics to substantiate his arguments:

What compounds the tragedy as well as the irony is that Afro Americans are disproportionately targeted in abortion. Blacks make up 12% of the U.S. population, but 35% of all abortions are performed on black women. Afro Americans are the only minority in the U.S. which is declining in population. Planned Parenthood, the largest abortion provider in the U.S. has 78% of all their clinics in minority neighbourhoods.

What is more alarming is the realisation that this development of the so-called “Planned Parenthood Movement” among African Americans is consistent with the thinking of Margaret Sanger and her view on negative eugenics.  We once again recommend Edwin Black’s book War Against The Weak for more details about the history America’s eugenics movement from a humanitarian perspective.

Tardiff concludes his letter by pointing out this tragic irony:

Afro Americans understandably voted overwhelmingly for Mr. Obama, embracing a historic chance to affirm their place in U.S. society. Tragically, all too few of them realize that the candidate they think will bring them much more political prominence strongly supports Planned Parenthood and its abortion policies which, if present trends continue, will reduce the black vote to insignificance by 2038. This, too, falls in line with the strategy of Margaret Sanger. She realized that whites trying to eliminate the “human weeds” would be met with suspicion. She laid great emphasis on recruiting black leaders who would convince their people to cooperate in their own destruction.

It is beyond tragic that the first Afro American elected as President of the United States is a man that Margaret Sanger would have approved of, rather than one that Martin Luther King would have approved of.

We highly recommend Fr Tardiff’s letter to everyone who is concerned about the Obama Administration’s policy on abortion.

Last night, Catherine and I watched a DVD of “The Feebles”, by the ingenious Kiwi film-maker Peter Jackson who created the movie trilogy, “Lord of the Rings” and won an Oscar for it.

In Jackson’s wonderfully “sick” (in a Jonathan Swiftian way) movie, “The Feebles”, the most repulsive character is a journalist, who is a house-fly who eats shit.   And it’s a very happy ending, when that house-fly journalist has BOTH of his wings pulled off – literally both his “left wing” and his “right wing” – and he is sent into the toilet, and while he is being flushed down the toilet with both his left AND right wings torn off, the narrator says, “now THAT is FAIR AND BALANCED JOURNALISM!”

And so, here is a portrait of a “fair and balanced” journalist.   I think this is one of them who advocated the invasion of Iraq and then changed their minds after it became an obvious debacle, and deleted all of their blog posts of 2003 in which they advocated the war, and now pretend they were against it from the beginning.   “Fair and balanced” journalism means pissing in whichever direction the wind is blowing at any moment, and then pissing in the other direction when the wind changes.
